About You and the Role

Due to growth in our business, we are looking for a new team member to support on all things HR, recruitment and business operations. This is a busy and multi-faceted role where you’ll be working alongside our Head of People & Culture and Finance & Office Coordinator to provide excellent and people-focused support to the team.

You will have prior experience of providing administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, allowing you to hit the ground running with:

• Recruitment and onboarding – interview set up and candidate liaison; right to work checks and new starter tasks across our HRIS, L&D and Payroll systems; onboarding and induction activities within the People team and wider business

• HR – produce correspondence and reports; manage administration for annual leave and team absences; maintain accurate employee records within HRIS; support the review of policy and procedure documents; act as administrative point of contact for benefit schemes; support HR projects and improvement initiatives

• Operations – support monthly Payroll and billing schedule; assist with review and renewal of benefit schemes; oversee and update intranet pages relating to Operations and People; provide general administrative assistance to the Finance & Office Coordinator

You will already be comfortable using standard office IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel and Outlook (Office365), as well as having working knowledge of HR specific software such as ATS and HRIS. You will also, ideally, have experience of direct candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter too.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and make a direct contribution to the success of the organisation through your role. You will use your meticulous eye for detail; great organisation and communication skills; ability to make strong professional relationships; and appreciation of UK employment law to the full.
