About Us
We’re Nine Feet Tall … and growing!
We’re a management consultancy that specialises in delivering complex change, combining the power of people and technology. Over the last sixteen years, we’ve delivered over £100m of value to our clients across a range of industry sectors. We take the pain out of change and strive to help the transition to new ways of working.
Whilst our projects are often complex, our approach is simple and we use our core values to guide our decision making – acting with integrity and doing the right thing, always striving for excellence and delivering with real passion.
Are you a highly experienced project or programme manager seeking to work within a management consultancy environment? Could you develop key client relationships, alongside managing and mentoring project teams?
About You
Your career to date means that you have extensive project and programme management experience - with a proven track record of successfully leading complex change programmes or multiple projects, with specialism in IT systems implementation. You may also hold additional project/ programme management qualifications.
You’ll have worked across a variety of industry sectors, including significant time spent in the private sector, and understand the flexibility needed to support clients. You’ll already be comfortable developing and managing senior stakeholder relationships on projects.
You’ll also enjoy leading, motivating and mentoring others.
The role
At Manager level you’ll be working with clients to manage the delivery of IT systems implementation projects, with responsibility for the full project lifecycle, team and budget. You’ll undertake rapid project assessments and healthchecks for clients, using your personal experience and judgement to make recommendations.
You’ll contribute to the growth of key accounts and support the acquisition of new clients. As you build knowledge within an industry sector or capability, you’ll become the internal expert for this in our team.
From an internal perspective, you’ll be asked to drive internal projects to build capability and push improvement. You’ll also play an integral role in developing more junior consultants through mentoring and training.
Why apply
We deliver all the capabilities of large consultancy with far less jargon and a lot more personality.
The last few years have been tough for everyone, but we stood strong. In 2023 we’re growing taller again. Our culture is something we’re really proud of and it could be something that you get to benefit from.
Our learning and development programme is extensive, meaning that you’ll get to continue your learning whilst passing on your experience at the same time. In return for your knowledge, skills and experience we’ll make ongoing investment in your professional development and provide fantastic opportunities for you to progress your career.
As an employer, we’re proud to be truly flexible. We work hard to help our team find balance in their working and personal lives. That’s why we’re happy to consider applicants on either a full-time or flexible working (part-time 4 days per week or flexi-hours) basis. You’ll be home-based in the first instance, with flexibility to come to our office in Bath 1 -2 times per month to training and for our regular Company Days that play a big role in our cohesive team culture.
We are growing our team across all roles so we’d love to hear from you and tell you more about what’s on offer.
