About the Role

Our team is full of talented and ambitious people who enjoy coming to work! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced internal Recruiter to bring more talent into Nine Feet Tall through your network, sourcing prowess and ability to build quality relationships.

Working with our Head of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities as we deliver on our growth strategy. This includes the ‘bread and butter’ of recruiting: campaign and candidate management; building talent pipelines; expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; job evaluation; compliant selection; hiring manager guidance.

This is also your chance to contribute fresh ideas, help to shape People strategy and bring our fantastic EVP to life!

About You

You will have prior experience in a recruitment role, internal or agency side, and be happy to manage requisitions across diverse disciplines. If you have worked within technology and/or business consulting, then you’ll already appreciate some of the capability areas we’re looking to grow.

You are passionate about people and want to be a positive part of their professional journey. You are genuinely curious about what the candidate is looking for in their next role and how these aspirations align with our business needs. You understand the importance of cultural add.

You will be skilled at sourcing and engaging candidates directly, using LinkedIn Recruiter, proactively building candidate pipelines to supplement applications.

As you will oversee interview and new starter activities in this role, it is essential that you are within a commutable distance of Bath and able to come to the office at least once a week. We’re also nice to work with so we hope you feel that seeing us in the office is a positive!

Remuneration

Competitive salary in line with experience + twice yearly bonus + generous benefits package: including 30 days annual leave (+Bank Holidays), private healthcare and 10 annual learning and development days.
